We Believe in the Restoration of Broken Families and Stand of these Promises

Acts 2:39

39 For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off,

as many as the Lord our God will call."

Acts 16:31

1 So they said,"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household

Isiah 59:21

21 "As for Me," says the LORD, "this is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants' descendants," says the LORD, "from this time and forevermore."

House Church Agenda

Acts 2:46-47

46 They worshiped together regularly at the Temple each day, met in small groups in homes for Communion, and shared their meals with great joy and thankfulness,

47 praising God. The whole city was favorable to them, and each day God added to them all who were being saved.

1 Cor 12:4-7

4 Now there are different kinds of spiritual gifts,

but it is the same Holy Spirit who is the source of them all.

5 There are different kinds of service in the church,

but it is the same Lord we are serving.

6 There are different ways God works in our lives, but it is the same God who does the work through all of us.

7 A spiritual gift is given to each of us as a means of helping the entire church.

About Pastor Gabriel & Estella Provencio

Pastor Gabriel and Estella Provencio have been serving in the City of Drain, Oregon for the past six years after relocating from Southern California, where Gabriel founded Mission4Him Urban Outreach and Pine Brook Fellowship in Montclair, California. Their ministry experience also includes Pomona NightStrike and Mission4Him Radio & Media, reaching people where they are with the hope and love of Christ.

Today, Pastor Gabriel and Estella are now entering a new season of ministry across Drain, Eugene, and Springfield, Oregon, serving through Oregon House Church in Springfield and Willamette Valley Outreach. After being remarried in 2025, they continue to follow God’s call, each bringing over 15 years of pastoral experience to the work God has entrusted to them.

Their vision is simple:
to reach anyone who may feel disconnected from traditional church.

They have a heart for those who are hurting, overlooked, or struggling — including individuals facing addiction, homelessness, rejection, and brokenness — sharing the message that Jesus sees them, values them, and has a purpose for their lives.

Wherever God leads them, Gabriel and Estella desire to build real community, nurture authentic faith, and point people to a living relationship with Christ.
